You follow the instructor and build a project charter in Word from one detailed prompt, tighten it, add a risks table, and pull out the action items. You add an executive summary, then turn the charter into a six-slide presentation.

How this webinar works: Anyone can watch. If you have the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot license, follow along in your own account. The instructor says at the start which steps need it.

What you will do

  • Draft a full document in Word from one detailed prompt
  • Rewrite a section and turn text into a table
  • Pull the action items and owners out of the document
  • Add an executive summary
  • Create a presentation from the finished document

You leave with: A project charter and a six-slide deck, if you follow along.

Copilot license: Anyone can watch. Copilot Premium (the paid license) to follow along hands-on.

Who it is for: Anyone who writes reports, plans or proposals and then has to present them.

What you need

  • No license is needed to watch. Following along needs the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot license, Word, PowerPoint and OneDrive.
  • Comfortable with Word and PowerPoint. No Copilot experience needed.
  • A computer with a reliable internet connection. The online meeting link is sent after you register.

You receive: The prompts from the session, posted in the chat.

Length: 60 minutes. Level: Beginner. Format: Live webinar, optional hands-on. Anyone can watch. Attendees with the paid Copilot license can follow along in their own account; the instructor says at the start which steps need it.
