Excel Intermediate: Lookups, SUMIFS, Data Cleanup and PivotTables

Every module works on one supplied workbook of 420 purchase orders. You add lookup columns, build a summary that updates itself, clean a messy import, answer five questions from one PivotTable, and make the workbook readable and safe to hand over. Where a step depends on the Excel version, both paths are in the manual.

What you will do

• Build lookups with XLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH that handle missing data
• Read Excel error values and trace where they came from
• Summarize with SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and AVERAGEIFS
• Clean text, dates and numbers that arrived in the wrong shape
• Build a PivotTable that answers a question
• Make a workbook readable, printable and protected

Who it is for: Office professionals who are comfortable with SUM, IF, basic tables and filtering.

What you need

• Desktop Excel for Windows: Microsoft 365, Excel 2024, Excel 2021 or Excel 2019. No Copilot license needed.
• Comfortable with SUM and IF, basic tables, and filtering.
• A computer with a reliable internet connection. The online meeting link is sent after you register.
