Copilot in Teams: Before, During and After the Meeting (Live Demo)
The meeting ended and nobody wrote down who owes what.
You watch the instructor use Copilot to write a briefing, an agenda and three questions for a client status meeting, and put the agenda and questions in the invitation. Before the meeting the instructor turns on the three options Copilot depends on: Allow Copilot, Transcription and Meeting recap. During the meeting the instructor asks Copilot what has been covered and what is still open, and compares the private Copilot pane with the shared Facilitator notes. Afterward the instructor opens the transcript and the recap, drafts a follow-up email from the recap, and checks it against what was said.
