Baselines\, tracking and reports are in the full course. \nWhat you will do \n\nNavigate the Project interface and start a new plan\nSet up the project calendar and exceptions\nBuild a Work Breakdown Structure\nLink tasks with dependencies\nCreate a resource pool and assign resources\n\nYou leave with: A project file with linked tasks and assigned resources. \nWho it is for: Project managers\, coordinators and team leads who are new to Microsoft Project or returning to it. \nWhat you need \n\nMicrosoft Project desktop client installed on a Windows PC.
